Common Return Questions
What items are returnable?
- NOTE THAT ALL RETURNS WILL BE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY
- Within 14 days of receipt of your shipment
- In original condition
- Unwashed and Unworn
- No Stains, Scents of Smoke or Chemicals, and No Animal Hair
- Tag Still Attached
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 24 hours of receipt. No exceptions. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 24 hours. the return will be rejected for any store credit or refund.DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS PROCESS:
- Use your smartphone to take pictures of the defective or damaged area and email the images to firstname.lastname@example.org including the tag in the image showing it is still attached.
- Indicate "Defective" or "Damaged" in the subject line.
- Include the first and last name on your Shoreline Sugars account, order #, and product code/name of the item.
You will receive a response from our customer service support team within 24 hours. Damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery date or purchase
What items are non-refundable?
- Swimwear/ Intimates
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Sale items
- Discounted items of 20% or more during flash sales/ promotions
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no charges for returns
- Original shipping charges is non-refundable
- You are responsible for return shipping charges
How do I make a return?
- Mail all items eligible for an exchange or return to:

Be sure to include your original receipt or a paper stating the first and last name of the person that ordered, shipping address, and order number provided via email. If this information is not present your item will not be accepted for return.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be sent to you via email.
Holiday Return Policy
- All items designated as a part of the "Holiday Collection", are not eligible for return, credit, or exchange.
- Items are only eligible for exchange when they are for the same exact style, but a different size only if available.
- Items will be designated clearly as a part of the Holiday Collection on your receipt by stamp, and within the product description.
