We only offer store credit for returns. All returns must be submitted via our returns portal which can be found at this link
Items purchased from 11/24/23 to 12/24/23 will have an extended return window until 1/14/24. These items are still subject to our regular return policy listed below:

Returns must be sent back and delivered to Shoreline Sugars within 14 days of your item(s) delivery date. We will use the delivery date from the USPS/UPS tracking link provided at the time of shipment. Please ensure your package will arrive in time. If we do not receive your return within 14 days after it was delivered, it will not be accepted for store credit. You may have the item(s) returned to you at your expense.
Once your return (s) is submitted through our portal, it will be in review. After your return is approved by Shoreline Sugars, you will receive a follow-up email with the return instructions and shipping address. Please make sure your return includes your NAME and ORDER NUMBER when it is sent back to Shoreline Sugars.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping cost to return your item(s) back to Shoreline Sugars. Shoreline Sugars does not pay for return shipping or handling costs. We highly recommend that you send your return(s) back with a tracking number. We are not responsible for any return packages lost in transit.
Once we receive your return at Shoreline Sugars, it will be processed for store credit within 3 to 5 business days. After your return is processed, you will receive an email with your store credit information. Store credit does not have an expiration date.
Due to the fast selling nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. You are welcome to return your item for store credit to use towards the same item in a different size (if it is available). We cannot hold items.
If you have received a damaged/defective item, please email email@example.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please include your name, order number, and picture(s) of the damage.
Shoreline Sugars is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen, and we will not offer a refund. If you think your package is lost or stolen, you must file a claim with USPS/UPS.
We double check every order before it leaves our store, but we sometimes make mistakes! If you happen to receive the wrong item or are missing an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your invoice number and the name of the item that is wrong. All reports must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order or it will not be accepted. We will send you a prepaid return label to ship back the incorrect item. Once you have received the label, please send back the incorrect item within 5 days so that we can ship you the correct item.
If you purchased an item(s) as a gift, the gift may be returned for store credit within 14 days of the purchase date. The item(s) cannot be returned if they fall into our Non Returnable items category. Gift receipt must be provided at the time of the return.
